How do I attach the mezuzah case to my doorpost?
All of the mezuzah cases I make come with mounting tape attached to the back of the mezuzah case. First, you have to make sure that the area you will be applying the mezuzah case is clean, dry and smooth. You can use alcohol to clean and prepare the area. Next peel the back the protective liner and apply the mezuzah case to the desired area.
Can I place the mezuzah case outside?
Placing wooden mezuzah cases outdoors is not recommended. Changing temperatures and weather cause the lacquer or oil to wear away. If you are looking for a mezuzah case to place outside I can finish certain woods in a different finish that provides better protection from the weather.

Please try to be as descriptive as possible and I will contact you letting you know the price and time it will take to complete your order. What is your Shipping Policy? How long until I receive my order?
In-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days and may take up to 2-7 business days to receive after that, depending on the carrier. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. It is recommended that orders over $50 (USPS) and $100 (UPS) be insured. Custom orders or items that are currently not in stock may take anywhere from 2-10 business days until it is ready to ship (depending on the item). Since all of the items available on this site are hand made, some items require more time to complete than others.
